Jen Malott

Jen Malott joined The Butterfly Foundation team as Executive Director in 2023. Her rich experience in the nonprofit and public sectors has helped elevate The Butterfly Foundation's community visibility and overall success. Jen has become a trusted advocate for Colorado families through her previous work at The National Conference of State Legislatures, Colorado Children's Campaign, Family Voices, and The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

 

Throughout her career, she's focused on improving outcomes for underserved communities through impactful initiatives, strategic policy development, and a passion for community engagement. This commitment to helping serve those in need drives her work at the Butterfly Foundation and beyond. Jen is also on the Board of Directors of The Arc Arapahoe, Douglas, and Elbert Counties, where she proudly supports those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ​
