At only 19 years old, Eliana was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Her single dad, Daniel, reached out for help with rent and utilities as lost wages and mounting medical bills impacted him. In June of 2024, The Butterfly Foundation helped with a grant of $3,500 to make it easier for Daniel to be at his daughter’s side during her brave fight and treatments. Eliana and Daniel were referred to us through Denver Hospice.
